Dynamic workout that starts standing mimicking some challenging movements typically done on Pilates equipment. Work through your spine, strengthen your shoulders, challenge your abdominals. If you love the Reformer (a piece of Pilates equipment) you might recognize movements I’ve borrowed and brought onto the mat. Never heard of the Reformer? No problem! This is a full body workout.
